Beadlam Charity Tractor Run at 9:30am
The Beadlam Charity Tractor Run (Yorkshire Air Ambulance) is back for 2024! From humble beginnings in 2003 with 35 tractors, the run now sees over 200 tractor drivers regularly come from far and wide to enjoy this feast of rural entertainment. The tractors complete a 50-mile round trip, including some off-road highlights. There’s a chance to enjoy your packed lunch or a warm snack and cup of tea/coffee from the catering unit in the scenic North Yorkshire countryside. The 22nd Beadlam Charity Tractor Run starts from Wombleton Airfield, Wombleton, York, North Yorkshire, YO62 7RY at 9.30 am on Sunday 5th May 2023. The run passes through Hutton-le-Hole about 11am. Enjoy a pint at the Crown, whilst they all drive past!!

British Wildlife Photography Awards Exhibition
Nunnington Hall. Established in 2009, the awards celebrate both the work of amateur and professional photographers. Winning images are selected from thousands of entries in fifteen categories, including a category for film and two junior categories, to encourage young people to connect with nature through photography. The exhibition showcases the best of our nature world and raises awareness about British biodiversity, species, and habitats.

Guided Walk - The Wainstones Circuit at 10:00am
Chopgate Car Park. 75th anniversary of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act.Join the Cleveland Way team for this wonderful circuit on the Cleveland Hills as part of the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act which led to both the creation of the North York Moors National Park and the Cleveland Way National Trail. . It’s a good romp, with plenty of ups and downs and taking in an iconic stretch of the Cleveland Way, in particular the famous Wainstones.

Pride Month Walk, Talk and Picnic at 10:00am for 5 hours
Sutton Bank National Park Centre. Join us to celebrate Pride month. We will be walking the white horse route, leaving Sutton Bank at 10am before returning for a picnic at 1pm, or just join us at 1pm for a picnic.

Hardmoors Race at 9:00am for 8 hours
The Hardmoors 26.2: Farndale trail run offers a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k race starting from Hutton Le Hole Village Hall. The event takes place on Sunday, 11th August 2024, with specific registration and start times for each race. Participants must carry mandatory equipment throughout the race and follow guidelines such as not dropping litter and respecting the countryside. Parking is available at a designated area in Hutton-le-Hole, and there are time limits for completing each race distance. Additionally, there is a camper van/motorhome/caravan parking option for the night before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
